This movie is a crime thriller about kidnapping and political assassination.

Although the DVD cover artwork includes Apache and Black Hawk images, no such military helicopters appear in this Belgian movie.

There’s just a police MD 902 and an MD 500N seen on-screen, parked in the background for the airport scene.

Gold

GOLD (2016)

This movie drama is about US prospectors and gold miners in Indonesia during the 1980s.

There's a Sikorsky S-76B flying along the coast. 

The same S-76 helicopter also flies above a city.

The best rotary action sequence has a military EC-145 (Airbus H145), perhaps in role of an exported UH-71 Lakota, that soars over the jungle for a crook’s suicidal jump from 1,000 feet.

Last Face

THE LAST FACE (2016)

Directed by Sean Penn, this drama is about doctors in Africa.

An MBB Bo-105 medevac helicopter picks up a doctor from a refugee camp, where survivors of warfare try to climb onto the Bolkow’s landing skids when it lifts off.

While it’s parked on a hill near a hospital tent, the Bo-105 is destroyed in a raid by rebels on horseback.

Later, a U.N. Mi-17 Hip helicopter flies over another hospital camp.    

Our Kind Of Traitor

OUR KIND OF TRAITOR (2016)

This crime drama is about a British couple’s involvement with the Russian mafia.

A silver EC-135P2 (Airbus H-135) takes off, to fly a mobster from the French alps to London, but the chopper explodes over the mountains.  

Night Manager

THE NIGHT MANAGER (2016)

This TV series of six episodes is a spy drama starring Tom Hiddleston and Hugh Laurie.

Two AS-350 flights arrive in Switzerland, where one A-Star lands at a snowy resort.

Later, the villain flies in a Bell 206L LongRanger to his villa estate in Mallorca.
